Postybuddy plans your photos and videos and publishes them to Instagram and TikTok at the times you choose. You upload your files, turn each one into a draft with its caption and date, and approve it. Postybuddy takes care of the rest, on the website and in the app for Android and iPhone.

During the beta, Postybuddy is free and joining is by invitation. Ask someone who already uses Postybuddy to invite you, or write to support@postybuddy.com. You then receive a link to create your account.

Nothing during the beta, and no payment details are asked.

Yes. The website works in your phone's browser, and the apps for Android and iPhone are in beta testing for invited testers. You use the same account and see the same plan everywhere.

Log in to Postybuddy and choose Connect next to Instagram or TikTok (in the phone app: More → Accounts & connections). You then log in on Instagram's or TikTok's own page and confirm. Postybuddy never sees your password.

Instagram professional accounts: Creator or Business. Instagram only lets apps publish on these accounts. A personal account can be switched to a professional one for free, in the Instagram app settings under Account type and tools.

At the planned time, Postybuddy uploads your video to your TikTok account as a draft. TikTok tells you in your inbox. Open it, add sound, text or effects if you like, and publish it from TikTok.

Postybuddy never publishes on TikTok by itself, and it doesn't read your other TikTok videos or data.

Instagram or TikTok can end a connection, for example after you change your password. Postybuddy checks your connections regularly. If one stops working, you see a notice in Postybuddy and receive an email, with a reminder when posts are due within 24 hours.

A post due on a platform that isn't connected isn't published. It's listed with the reason, so you can put it back in the plan once you've reconnected.

Yes. Until its time, you can take an approved post out of Planned, and it won't be published.

In Postybuddy, from the same place where you connected it. You can also remove Postybuddy's access from the apps and websites settings of Instagram or TikTok.

Yes. Your files are stored privately and open only through temporary links that expire within 12 hours. They're used only to plan and publish your posts: no ads, no selling. Details in the Privacy Policy.

Log in, open Account & data, then choose Download my data or Delete my account. Deleting your account removes it and everything in it.

Turn on Two-step login to add a second step when you log in. If you think someone else used your account, choose Log out other devices and change your password.
