Privacy Policy

Last updated 20 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Postybuddy collects (on the website postybuddy.com and in the Postybuddy apps), why, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

Postybuddy is run by Anthony Somian, a private individual based in Belgium ("we", "us"), as a free beta. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are the "controller" of the personal data described here: we decide why and how it is used.

We answer data requests within one month at the latest, as the GDPR requires. Given our size and activity, we are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer; privacy@postybuddy.com handles all questions.

When you use Postybuddy for a business: for personal data contained in the content you upload (for example people shown in your photos and videos), your business is the controller and we act as its processor, under our Data Processing Agreement.
