Plan

From a folder of files to a planned month

Private media library

Upload photos and videos from your computer, or from your phone's library or camera. They stay in your own private library, ready to be used.

Drafts and captions

Each file becomes a draft. Write the caption and choose the format: photo, carousel of up to 10 items, Reel or Story on Instagram, video on TikTok.

Dates and repeats

Pick a date and time, add several specific dates, or repeat a post every week or every month.

Nothing goes out without you

A draft is only published once you approve it. Approved posts move to Planned, and you can still take one out before its time.

Instagram

At the planned time, Postybuddy publishes your photos, carousels, Reels and Stories on your Instagram professional account (Creator or Business).

TikTok

At the planned time, Postybuddy sends your video to your TikTok inbox as a draft. You add the finishing touches in TikTok and publish it yourself.

How TikTok posting works

Official logins

You connect Instagram and TikTok on their own login screens, so Postybuddy never sees your passwords. Access is stored encrypted, and you can disconnect at any time.

Calendar

Month, year and day views of everything planned and already posted, Instagram and TikTok together.

Dashboard

Planned versus posted, posts per week over the last six weeks, what's coming up next and what was posted recently.

Connection checks

Postybuddy regularly checks that your Instagram and TikTok connections still work. If one stops working, you're told in the app and by email, before your next posts are due.

Posted history

Every published post is kept in your history. A post that couldn't be published is listed with the reason, ready to be put back in the plan.

During the beta, Postybuddy is free and joining is by invitation. People who use Postybuddy can invite others from their account.

Security and your data

Your account stays in your hands

  • Private storage. Your files open only through temporary links that expire within 12 hours.
  • Two-step login. Add a second step to your login for extra protection.
  • Log out other devices. End every other login to your account in one click.
  • Recent activity. See what happened on your account recently.
  • Download your data. Get a copy of your data at any time.
  • Delete your account. Remove your account and everything in it, whenever you like.
